A career-changing injury ended the physical side of the work. Rather than leave the knowledge on the jobsite, he shifted into construction management and consulting. The aim is practical: put decades of field experience to use for local construction professionals who are still on the tools.

The focus is work-life balance that is realistic for the trade—scheduling, scope, crew load, and the habits that keep people in the industry instead of burning them out of it. The goal is not theory. It is help from someone who has already done the install.
